Domestic and International Shipments
We currently ship domestically to the United States and internationally. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipping for deliveries within the United States.

For international deliveries outside of the United States, customers are responsible for international shipping costs and any customs duties, typically charged upon delivery. We will provide the customer confirmation of shipment and tracking information with the customer's order.

Customers may only request shipment to one address per order. If the order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, the customer will need to place separate orders for each address.

Exchanges & Returns
In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different size or style available on our website, we allow exchanges at no extra cost and provide free domestic, exchange shipping costs. We require that exchanged products be in the same, new condition that customers received them (i.e., unworn, unused, unwashed, and with originally, attached tags).

Exchange Request. First, to be eligible for free exchange shipment for the return of the product to us, we require that you email us your exchange request on our Customer Service page or at service@jdjune.com. Upon our acceptance of and email-reply to your exchange request, we’ll email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items delivered back to us without first receiving our acceptance via email will not be accepted, and your exchange order request will be denied.

Then, as a condition for a completed exchange order, we will also diligently and physically inspect whether the returned product is in the same new condition - unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags and hang tags attached (the "Inspection"). The Inspection is for the best and safest interests of all of our customers. If the returned product passes our Inspection, we will ship your desired exchange product to you at no extra charge, and notify you of the same. Upon our shipment of your new size or style, your exchange order request will have been fully approved and completed (the "Exchange").

If the returned product does not pass our Inspection, we will (i) charge you a $10 return fee and discard your product, or (ii) upon your request and your payment of shipment and provided that we did not already discard your product, ship the product back to you and charge you a $10 return fee. In an Exchange Request, you acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the returned product transfers to us upon the occurrence of the following events: (i) our receipt of the returned product back to our headquarters and (ii) a determination that the returned product does not pass our inspection.

Expedient Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new exchange order is to (i) first, make a separate purchase for your exchange item ("Exchange Purchase"), (ii) email us about your Exchange Order Request, and (iii) return the original product back to us, upon your receipt of our complimentary return label. Upon our satisfactory Inspection of your returned product, we will refund you the full amount of your Exchange Purchase. Under this Expedient Exchange alternative, you will receive your new product sooner, rather than wait for the entire Exchange Request, with our inspection, to be completed.

Return Request. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to make a Return Request. You are responsible for domestic return shipping costs for the delivery of the product back to our headquarters. As a condition to a completed Return Request, the returned product must pass our physical inspection of product to be in the same new condition - unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags and hang tags attached. Upon a completed Return Request, you will be refunded your full purchase amount (the “Refund”).  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will confirm a satisfactory return via the Refund.

Processing of Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@jdjune.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns or exchanges of any products that have been worn, used, or washed, or are without the original tags. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
