Domestic and International Shipments
We currently ship domestically to the United States and internationally. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipping for deliveries within the United States.

For international deliveries outside of the United States, customers are responsible for international shipping costs and any customs duties, typically charged upon delivery. We will provide the customer confirmation of shipment and tracking information with the customer's order.

Customers may only request shipment to one address per order. If the order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, the customer will need to place separate orders for each address.

Exchanges & Returns
In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different size or style available on our website, we offer free domestic exchanges and free exchange shipping costs for the same. We have a two-step domestic exchange-policy for exchanged products in the same, good condition that customers received them (i.e., unworn, unused, and unwashed and containing original tags)

First, to be eligible for free shipment of the product back to us, we require that you email us photograph-proof of the purchased product unused, unworn, and with the original tags attached. If we review and accept your exchange request with photograph-proof, we’ll email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items delivered back to us without first receiving our exchange acceptance via email will not be accepted.

Second, to then be eligible for a free-exchange of and free shipping for a different style or size, we will also physically inspect and approve of your returned product in order to ensure a possible resale to our customers. This diligent inspection is for the best interests of our customers. If the exchanged product does not pass our inspection, we will (i) charge you a $10 return fee and (ii) (A) discard your product, or (B) upon your request and your payment of shipment, ship the product back to you.

Processing of Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and  whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The fastest way to ensure your satisfaction is to immediately request a return of the item you have, and if and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
