FREE SHIPPING & EXCHANGES (CONTIGUOUS U.S.)

By placing an order anywhere on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Shipping, Exchange, and Return Terms set forth on this page.

Domestic Shipments.

Free ground shipping is available on all deliveries within the contiguous United States. We ship within the United States and internationally, as detailed below. 

Please consider processing time when selecting your desired delivery date. Orders placed with free ground shipping are processed within 5 business days of purchase. Orders placed with expedited shipping are processed within 48 hours. 

Ground delivery within the United States typically occurs 5–10 business days from the ship date, excluding processing time. All customers shall receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Exchanges & Exchange Shipping.(exceptions apply)

We offer free exchanges and exchange shipping costs for deliveries within the contiguous U.S. in the event that you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different size or style available on our website, so long as the original products are in the same, new condition that customers received them (i.e., unworn, unused, unwashed, and with originally, attached tags).

(A) 21-Day Standard Exchange Request (3-Steps). To be eligible for a free exchange, the customer must (A) complete steps (i) and (ii) listed below within 21 days of receiving the original product and (B) satisfy all three (3) below-listed steps of the Standard Exchange Process (the "Standard Exchange Process"):

(i) Request a free exchange shipping label for your particular order number on our Customer Service page or by emailing us at service@jdjune.com;

(ii) ship the original product to our headquarters using our free return shipping label and in accordance with the directions on our email confirmation of your exchange request. Any items delivered back to us without first receiving our acceptance via email will not be accepted, and your exchange order request will be denied; and

(iii) Pass our mandatory product inspection, verifying that the returned item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all tags and hang tags originally attached to the product (the "Inspection"). All Inspections are completed in order to ensure the safety and quality of our products for every customer. Only if your returned item passes Inspection, will we ship you your requested replacement product at no additional fee and notify you of its shipment and tracking information. Once the replacement item is delivered to you, as notified by the tracking information, you acknowledge and agree that the exchange request will be fully approved and completed.

In a Standard Exchange Process, you acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the returned product transfers to us upon the occurrence of both the following events: (i) our receipt of the returned product back to our headquarters and (ii) a determination that the returned product does not pass our Inspection. Upon the occurrence of both events, no exchange shall be made, and your Standard Exchange Request will be denied. 

(B) 21-day Expedient Exchange Request (4-Steps).

Rather than wait for the completion of the Standard Exchange Process (as provided above), the customer may ensure the quickest delivery of the replacement product by (A) completing steps (i), (ii), and (iii) listed below within 21 days of receiving the original product and (B) satisfying all four (4) steps (the "Expedient Exchange Process"): 

(i) make a new and separate purchase for your exchange item ("Exchange Order"), to be refunded as provided below;

(ii) request a free exchange shipping label for your particular order number on our Customer Service page or by emailing us at service@jdjune.com;

(iii) ship the original product back to us by using our complimentary return label; and 

(iv) pass our mandatory product Inspection (as defined above).

Upon a satisfactory Inspection, we will refund you the full amount of your new Exchange Order, and your Expedient Exchange Request will be completed and concluded.

In an Expedient Exchange Process, you acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the returned product transfers to us upon the occurrence of both the following events: (i) our receipt of the returned product back to our headquarters and (ii) a determination that the returned product does not pass our Inspection. Upon the occurrence of both events, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Exchange Order, and your exchange request will be denied.  

Returns.

21-Day Return Request (3-Step). In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21-days after receiving your item to complete steps (i) and (ii) below and satisfy all three (3) steps (the Return Process"):

(i) Confirm your a Return Request on our Customer Service page or by emailing us at service@jdjune.com;

(ii) Deliver the product to our headquarters; you are solely responsible for all return shipping costs; and 

(iii) Pass our mandatory product Inspection (as defined above).

Upon completion of the Return Process in accordance with this section, you will be refunded your purchase amount minus a fee equal to 10% of your original order (the “Refund”) and will be notified of the satisfactory return via the Refund.  If the Refund Request is approved and completed in accordance with this section, you will receive the Refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the Refund. 

In a Return Process, you acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the returned product transfers to us upon the occurrence of both of the following events: (i) our receipt of the returned product back to our headquarters and (ii) a determination that the returned product does not pass our Inspection. Upon the occurrence of both events, no refund shall be made or processed. 

International Shipments.  For international deliveries outside of the United States, customers are responsible for international shipping costs and any customs duties, typically charged upon delivery. We will provide the customer confirmation of shipment and tracking information with the customer's order. 

International Returns.   For international returns or exchanges outside of the contiguous United States, customers will be responsible for all shipment costs and custom duties, if any. You can always contact us for any additional questions at: service@jdjune.com

Non-returnable items.   We also do not accept returns or exchanges of any products that have been worn, used, or washed, or are without the original tags. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
